What to Bring on Your Adventure
We want you to be as comfortable and safe as you enjoy your Tour! To achieve this, please make sure to wear appropriate outerwear based on the weather (hats, windbreakers, rain gear, etc.), shirt or tank top with comfortable pants or shorts, and sturdy, securable closed-toe shoes — these are required. Athletic shoes are recommended.

Rain or Shine Adventure
Our tours are designed to run in rain or shine, allowing you to experience the beauty of the Pocono Mountains in various weather conditions.

We trust the judgment of our experienced tour guides to make informed decisions about tour viability based on prevailing and imminent weather conditions.
Safety First:
Cancellation Due to Bad Weather
If dangerous weather conditions are occurring or imminent, as determined by our tour guides, the tour will be canceled.

In the event of a cancellation due to dangerous weather, guests will receive a full refund to prioritize your safety and well-being.

Guests have the flexibility to cancel reservations online on their own or via phone - (570) 229-2147
IF YOU CANCEL ONLINE, YOU WILL RECEIVE A GIFT CARD. To receive a full refund for a self-cancelled reservation, cancellations must be made prior to 72 hours before the scheduled tour.

If canceling 72 hours prior to your tour, a refund will be issued.
If cancelling within 72 hours, a gift card will be issued.
